Stone Door Annex Visitor Center and Campground

Problem

The State of Tennessee acquired additional property within the South Cumberland State Park and made plans to create a new campground to include recreational vehicle campsites and visitor center. The area for the new campground, although large, consisted of wetlands and streams in the upper half of the site.

Solution

CTI utilized its own staff to conduct a hydrologic determination which will be used to acquire the necessary permits to construct a new 60 RV campsite. The campsite is being designed to maximize the remaining area below the streams and wetland.
