Without you, there is no us

The average tenure of employees at CTI is 20 years. This doesn’t happen by accident and it all goes back to operating a little differently from other firms.

At CTI you are immediately a valuable member of the team and a critical player in problem solving.

Whether your passion lies in water or wastewater, storm water or environmental engineering, there is no shortage of

opportunities to develop or continue your career with exciting and innovative projects in all facets of water.

We collaborate, strategize, commiserate and develop the right solutions as a team.

Improving communities for generations to come is our passion at CTI and we understand that none of that can be accomplished without you. The employees are truly the brains of this operation.

My concentrations are in the transportation and construction sectors of civil engineering so being an RPR is right in my wheelhouse.

My favorite project so far has been James Blvd. on Signal Mountain. It was an entire road restoration and we had to make sure to keep the integrity of the old features of the road.

Life at CTI is like working for a big family and everyone really cares about you.
