Pickwick Landing State Park Campground Renovations

Problem

Pickwick Landing State Park in Southwest Tennesse has two camping areas, the State Park campground features a main campground and several primitive camping sites at the Bruton Branch Recreational Area. Park staff were experiencing several operational challenges from aging infrastructure and wanted to renovate the main campground and transform the primitive sites into full-service sites to accommodate RV campers.

Solution

CTI provided full engineering services for the renovation of the existing main campground and created a new RV layout at Bruton Branch. New water connections were made at the main campground to replace aging water lines and sewer connections were also added to each site. The Bruton Branch campsites were enlarged and feature new utilities including electric, water and sewer.
