CTI designed a storm sewer system of pipelines, inlets, spillways, curbs, and culverts to properly channel storm water flows to eliminate flooding of several basements on Foster Drive. The design also added four box culverts under each major road in the subdivision that the main drain ditch crossed.

Project Description

Older portions of this well-established subdivision were constructed without the benefit of a complete storm water system. Runoff into these areas increased as a result of paving and grading in newer parts of the development. In the older areas, the streets served as drainageways, eventually overflowing into yards and homes.
