Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Akron, Ohio Branch Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Office Management:
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them as appropriate.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. This includes managing all office furniture and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Draft, review, and distribute various documents and reports.
    • Manage the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with record retention policies and procedures.
  • Human Resources:
    • Assist in onboarding and enrolling new Akron employees, including managing keys, fobs and staff parking procedures.
    • Assist in handling worker’s compensation claims for any Akron employees.
    • Assist the HR department in the notification and follow-up for the Employee Performance Evaluation Program.
  • Accounting:
    • Assist the Accounting Department with invoicing and special billing reports for the Akron Office as needed.
    • Manage Accounts Receivable Collection for the Corporation as needed.
    • Prepare various Accounting Reports for the Executives as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior or executive assistant capacity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
