PROJECT SUMMARY

DeNovo was retained by MeadWestvaco (MWV) Corporation to provide environmental design and remediation construction services at the Chattanooga Coke Site, located on a 24-acre site on southside area of Chattanooga. CTI was then engaged by DeNovo to provide consulting services including work plans, permitting documents, surveying, construction oversight, and construction closeout documents in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the environment associated with the remediation of the site as described in the remediation Brownfield Consent Order entered into by MWV and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Remediation (DoR).
