The City of Cookeville serves as the cultural, financial, and employment “hub” of the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. Cookeville’s Department of Water Quality Control is the primary water and sewer provider for the city as well as surrounding rural areas, serving a population of over 50,000. Cookeville selected CTI as the engineer to design and oversee the implementation of their system-wide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project.
